Prior to joining BRANDED, Delphine was the Chief Financial Officer of Kinship, a business division of Mars Petcare. Prior to Kinship, Bernard spent five years at Uber as Global Head of Finance Operations, improving financial accuracy, and implemented controls, policies, and corporate governance for an $84B IPO. She also has international finance experience, having started with Uber in Amsterdam as an International Financial Controller. Previously, Delphine was the Senior Group Controller at Microsoft for the Skype division, collaborating on the S1 Filing and worked on the $8.5B acquisition by Microsoft.
Ben is BRANDED’s founding investor and Chairman. He spent over 10 years at Goldman Sachs investing and advising leading consumer internet and technology companies around the world. In 2018, Ben joined Target Global, one of Europe’s largest VC funds, as a partner where he has led investments into some of the fastest-growing companies enabling and creating the infrastructure for logistics, delivery, e-commerce, and transportation.
Alexis has spent over a decade leading e-commerce marketplace operations across the globe. As EVP e-commerce at Walmart Canada, Alexis helped triple the business to >$1B GMV with significant profitability improvement. Prior to his North America stint, Alexis was first the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Lazada Group then CEO of Lazada Singapore. As Supply Chain Officer he oversaw the building of the marketplace platform – enabling millions of product transactions and hundreds of thousands of sellers. Later as CEO, the company experienced extreme growth, establishing itself as the country e-commerce leader and successfully countering Amazon entry in South East Asia.
In 2012, Pierre co-founded Lazada, one of the largest e-commerce marketplaces in Asia building out the largest logistics network in South East Asia. Under his leadership, Lazada scaled to over 80 million customers and processed millions of transactions every day. Pierre joined Lazada originally as its COO where he oversaw tens of thousands of employees and contractors, before taking over the reins as CEO after Alibaba’s acquisition from 2018-2020. Previously, Pierre spent over 8 years at McKinsey in Singapore and Paris focusing on operations and digital transformations.
Before joining BRANDED as its first Chief Legal Officer, Aaron served as the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary of Boxed, an end-to-end e-commerce tech platform. As a core member of Boxed’s executive leadership team, Aaron took leading roles in all strategic initiatives and the development of Boxed’s businesses, including its DTC storefront, third-party marketplace, private brand (Prince & Spring), and the launch of its unique SaaS offering for other retailers. Before Boxed, Aaron spent more than 8 years at Latham & Watkins LLP as a senior attorney.
